Why this exists.
Apps for couples tend to come in two flavors: planning a wedding, or finding a date. There's remarkably little for the part in between — the years of actually being together.
Meanwhile your phone spends all day pulling you toward strangers. Feeds, followers, other people's lives. Love You, Bye pulls the other way — toward exactly one person. One question a day. A game on a Tuesday night. The days you've been together, counted. That's it.
It's for couples who've been together long enough that the calendar took over, and for couples who are apart more than they'd like. Both need the same thing: a small daily ritual that belongs to just the two of you.
Made by a couple in love, for yours.
We're Peggie and Maddie, a married couple who built the app we wanted for ourselves. Something to help us stay close through ordinary days, busy weeks, and time apart.
Peggie is the creative genius who shapes what the app becomes, and Maddie brings it to life through code. Every feature had to earn its place by helping us connect.
There's no big company behind us. No investors, no growth team, no engagement dashboard. Just two people at a kitchen table. What you pay comes directly to us and keeps the app running and improving, and the two of us answer the support email, so the people who read yours are the people who can fix it.
Thank you for trusting our little app with a place in your relationship. Now go be sappy with each other.
